Is the sample site really free?
Yes. We build it before you pay anything. If you don't want it, you owe nothing.
Do I have to sign a long contract?
No. Plans are month to month. You can cancel any time.
Who owns the domain?
You do. Your domain is registered in your name. If you leave, it stays yours.
Can you get me to the top of Google?
No one can honestly promise that. We build a fast site with the right local details and set up Google Search Console. That gives you a good start. Rankings depend on many things outside our control.
Will you call me?
No. We work by email. We don't make sales calls.
Can my site be in Spanish?
Yes. We can build it in English, Spanish or both.
What counts as a small edit?
Things like new hours, prices, photos, a new service or a changed phone number. A full redesign or many new pages is a bigger job, and we'd quote it first.
Do I need a Google Business Profile?
It helps a lot for local searches. You need to own and verify it yourself. We can walk you through it and check it for problems, but we never create or claim it for you.
What happens if I cancel?
The site stays up until the end of the month you paid for. We can send you a copy of your text and photos.
When will Growth and Pro be ready?
We're still testing them. Join the waitlist and we'll email you when they're ready. You can decide then.
How do I pay?
By card through a secure payment link, once you approve your site. We never ask for card details by email.
